"Est Mori" was written and directed by Nicholas Werner, a Stanford student in film & media studies. He is also part of the How They Got Game group at the Stanford Humanities Laboratory. This movie differs considerably from the vast scope and spectacle of "Potentior," as it is based virtually entirely on a single conversation before an impending battle. Yet with well over 15 minutes devoted to this single scene, it dwells on details and does not force the conclusion. As... Topics: Rome: Total War, Creative Assembly, Werner, Nicholas
Layers is a mashup narrative machinima created with footage from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (PS2), Military footage from an Apache Helicopter in Iraq (Public Domain/Department of Defense), and Shadow of the Colossus (PS2). This is a banned Propaganda cartoon from World War II. This is part of my collection of banned and censored cartoons. When a group of people work to ban a certain media then part of their heritage is lost as a result. Many types of media I do not agree with, but I do not complain to have it banned. Remember the Soviet Union. They had to basically relearn their own history by going back to books written before the revolution. England knew nothing about their greatest heroes until the French... favoritefavoritefavoritefavoritefavorite ( 5 reviews ) Topics: Banned Cartoons, Animated, Cartoons, Banned material, World War II Propaganda
